Goods: ready-made picture and photo frames, as well as other art attributes. Services: framing services for paintings and other works.
These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") form an integral part of the contract for the purchase of goods and services and set out the rights, obligations, conditions of delivery and payment, return and cancellation procedures, and dispute resolution procedures of the Seller and the Buyer. The Contract shall come into force when the Buyer confirms the order on the Website and ticks the box "I agree to the terms of use".
The Seller reserves the right to change the Terms and/or prices at any time by posting the changes on the Site.
The customer can choose one of the following delivery methods:
- Omniva parcels in Latvia: price depends on the service provider
- Courier delivery: price depends on address and delivery method
- Pick-up at the salon: free
Goods are delivered within 1-5 working days after receipt of payment and confirmation. Order payment:
- With internet banking
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the goods within 14 days. A cancellation form is available on request from evija@eviartframes.lv. Goods must be returned complete, in intact packaging to. The return costs are borne by the Buyer.
The money is refunded within 14 days using the same payment method as used. The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised if the goods are used or damaged.
All disputes arising between the Customer and the Seller, or arising in connection with the purchase of Goods, shall be resolved by the Parties through mutual negotiation or correspondence with a view to reaching a mutually beneficial and acceptable solution.
If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation or correspondence, the Parties shall settle the dispute in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia.
Complaints about the availability or quality of goods should be submitted electronically to the e-mail address evija@eviartframes.lv and in writing to the address Riga, Ganību dambis 24A - 52, LV-1005. The complaint will be examined within 7 (seven) working days from the date of receipt of the complaint, with a reply sent to the contact address indicated in the complaint.
If the complaint is found to be unfounded and you disagree with the finding, you have the right to use the alternative dispute resolution options provided for in the laws and regulations.
